Dansk Beredskabskommunikation A/S (DBK) is ISO9001:2008 certified and has been certified since February 2010. The ISO 9001 certification standard cover demands to the company’s quality management system. The quality management system creates an overview of the workflow and procedures through written instructions and procedures. It’s effective to monitoring and correcting the company’s actions.
For DBK the certification primarily requires that the company on a constant basis needs to meet some very high demands within customer service. One of the demands is that a super user shall wait no longer than 3 minutes before he is serviced when he calls the SINE Helpdesk.
A certified company has to follow the requirements in the standard. To make sure that DBK continuously meet the requirements DBK is audited and recertified periodically.
In the fourth quarter of 2012 DBK was recertified by Force Technology. Management as well as employees were audited over a period of two days. DBK passed the recertification and proved that we continuously meet the quality-related requirements.
